Flat Rate Exceptions
Remote locations, ferry crossings, tolls, rough access, calculation errors, unusually high transport costs, or required insurance certificates may mean extra charges. Alaska and Hawaii need a custom quote; white glove service is unavailable there.
How We Ship & Scheduling
Most furniture travels protected by moving blankets; smaller items use UPS Ground.
Curbside Delivery
The driver unloads near your driveway. You arrange indoor transport; have at least two helpers for heavy or delicate pieces. In bad weather, items go in the garage.
White Glove Delivery
Movers bring items indoors, assemble as needed, position them and remove packaging. An elevator is required above one flight of stairs.
Scheduling
Once your order is ready, we collect the balance and share estimated route dates. Tell us about unavailable dates. The carrier confirms your delivery day. Arrivals may be weekdays or weekends, morning through evening; specific long-distance appointment times cannot be requested. Missed appointments result in redelivery charges.
