Order Cancellation

Cancel within three days of ordering without a fee. Later requests depend on whether production can be stopped; charges may apply. Once construction begins, we'll try to reduce builder charges. Cancellation credits can take 15 days.

Damage

For damage discovered at arrival, keep the driver there and call 800-918-6184. Photograph it and record it on the delivery paperwork. Send images to 641-209-7599 or Info@AmishFurnitureFactory.com. Issues discovered later must be reported within three days for repair or replacement eligibility. Delivery damage is repaired or replaced with shipping covered. A qualified local craftsperson normally repairs it; major damage may require returning it to the builder.

Satisfaction

Request complimentary finish, paint or upholstery samples before ordering; return postage is provided. Color-related returns aren't accepted when samples weren't requested. Personalized or customized pieces that are difficult to resell aren't returnable. Other dissatisfaction returns must begin within 10 days of delivery. Both shipping directions and a 30% restocking charge are deducted.
